We’re delighted that Auriol, Tracy and Kerry will be re-running their workshops this spring, giving you a second chance to join us for ‘Find Your Inner Spark’, ‘Emotional First Aid’ and ‘Energy Reset’.
All of our workshops will be held at the Lyppard Hub, Warndon, and everyone is welcome.

Find Your Inner Spark with Auriol Burgess

Find Your Inner Spark is a six-part workshop that delves into the nature of creativity.
It explores the factors that can hinder it, and highlights its potential as a transformative force to reignite the spark within you.
Dates and times
All sessions will run from 7.15pm to 9.15pm on the dates below:
- Session one: Friday 10 April
- Session two: Friday 24 April
- Session three: Friday 01 May
- Session four: Friday 08 May
- Session five: Friday 15 May
- Session six: Friday 22 May
Sessions can be booked one at a time, or you can buy a ticket for all six parts – whatever is more manageable for you.

Emotional First Aid with Tracy Roberts

Emotional First Aid is a three-part workshop empowering you with practical skills for real-life emotional challenges.
You can learn simple, effective techniques to help regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen resilience.
Dates and times
All sessions will run from 11.30am to 3.30pm on the dates below. Please arrive at 11.15am so you can get settled ready to start:
- Session one: Saturday 25 April
- Session two: Saturday 02 May
- Session three: Saturday 16 May

Energy Reset: Tools To Stay Grounded, Clear and Boundaried, with Kerry Fletcher

Energy Reset is a three-part workshop, designed to help you stay grounded, clear, and centred.
It’s especially useful if you work with the public, support others daily, or often find yourself feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin.

All sessions will run from 7.15pm to 9.15pm on the dates below:

- Session three: Friday 03 June

Additionally, using angel cards and crystals can help you gain clarity as you embrace your authentic power.

Inti Raymi (Inca Tradition – Southern Hemisphere)









According to the Burnout Report 2025, a staggering 91% of UK adults reported experiencing high or extreme levels of stress, with significant implications for mental health and workplace dynamics. The Stress and mental health at work report by the HSE in 2023/24 found that an estimated 776,000 workers in Great Britain suffered from work-related stress, depression, or anxiety and 16.4 million working days were lost due to this, accounting for 46% of all work-related ill health cases. AXA also reports that work-related stress costs the UK economy £28bn a year.
For example, can you improve your time management to prevent having to rush in daily life or meet tight deadlines at work? Look at how you can prioritise tasks to create a more balanced and manageable schedule. There may be simple steps you can take to make daily life easier such as preparing things for your day the night before so you are starting your day in a calmer and less rushed way.
