Mindful walking is reported to reduce stress anxiety and pain reduction improve concentration reduce depression It is recognised by Doctors, mental health care professionals and authorised by National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE). Our mindful walking groups are increasing.
Any one can join our mindfulness meditation groups by contacting us.
This lovely recording may support you in awareness of living in the moment having a sense of blissful awareness. Using your senses to tune into your body, breath and Mother Earth giving you a sense of connection to Mother Earth. Honouring yourself with a sense of inner satisfaction as well as our planet and all that lives upon her and the Universe.
