We’re thrilled to announce details of three new workshops happening in 2026 with some fantastic facilitators who are keen to support your wellbeing journey. These include ‘Find Your Inner Spark’, ‘Emotional First Aid’ and ‘Energy Reset’ and will perfectly complement our regular workshops and treatments.
Find Your Inner Spark
With Auriol Burgess
Creativity has the power to change lives, bring healing and forgiveness, and turn challenges into adventures.
This eight-week workshop, beginning Wednesday 7th January at the Lyppard Hub, delves into the nature of creativity, explores the factors that can hinder it and highlights its potential as a transformative force to reignite the spark within you.
Through the course, you will learn:
- What creativity really is
- What your beliefs are about creativity, and where you may be limiting your potential to create
- How to unblock the powerful creative force that lies within you
- How this unlimited force becomes blocked through childhood programming and limiting beliefs
We will explore those beliefs and blocks in a safe space using tools, creative play and weekly exercises to rediscover the creator within and what you would truly like to create in your life.
Emotional First Aid

Emotional first aid empowers you with practical skills for real-life emotional challenges.
It is the immediate, compassionate support we can offer ourselves and others when strong feelings, stress, or unexpected challenges arise.
Just like physical first aid, emotional first aid can prevent small struggles from becoming crises. With the right skills, you can help create safety, reduce distress, and support healthier emotional environments at home, at work, and in your community.
At this workshop you will learn simple, effective techniques to help regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen resilience. The course includes interactive activities, real-life scenarios, guided exercises, and take-home tools you can use daily.
There are three available workshops: Saturday 31 January, Saturday 07 February and Saturday 14 February at the Lyppard Hub.
Energy Reset: Tools To Stay Grounded, Clear and Boundaried

Energy Reset is a six-week workshop designed to help you stay grounded, clear, and centred – especially if you work with the public, support others daily, or often find yourself feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin.
In these workshops, which begin on Friday 27th February at the Lyppard Hub, you’ll learn practical tools to maintain your energy, strengthen your boundaries, and create a sense of inner steadiness that you can rely on no matter what’s happening around you. This isn’t about anything complex or mystical – it’s about everyday “energy hygiene”: how to protect your emotional space, stay focused, and feel more empowered and in control of your wellbeing.
By the end, you’ll understand how to reset yourself when you feel off-balance, how to prevent other people’s moods or stress from sticking to you, and how to show up with clarity and purpose without burning out. You’ll walk away feeling more grounded in yourself, more protected in your day-to-day environment, and confident in your ability to maintain clarity and emotional balance, no matter what the world throws your way.
This workshop gives you the knowledge, tools, and support to manage your energy with more ease and awareness.
