Creativity has the power to change lives, bring healing and forgiveness, and turn challenges into adventures.
Join us for this six-part workshop to delve into the nature of creativity, explore the factors that can hinder it and highlight its potential as a transformative force to reignite the spark within you.
What you will learn
Through the course, you will learn:
- What creativity really is
- What your beliefs are about creativity, and where you may be limiting your potential to create
- How to unblock the powerful creative force that lies within you
- How this unlimited force becomes blocked through childhood programming and limiting beliefs
We will explore those beliefs and blocks in a safe space using tools, creative play and weekly exercises to rediscover the creator within and what you would truly like to create in your life.

We are an inclusive charity dedicated to removing financial barriers to holistic wellbeing. We welcome everyone to our workshops to experience the power of self-healing, including those who are unable to afford such services.
Therefore, we suggest a £10 donation per session for this workshop, but welcome more affordable contributions. We’re always happy to have a quiet conversation about what feels comfortable for you.
All proceeds go to our charity, helping us to support those in need with love and light.
Sessions can be booked one week at a time, or you can buy a ticket for all six parts – whatever is more manageable for you.
Who is it for?
This workshop, inspired by Julia Cameron’s book ‘The Artist’s Way,’ is designed for everyone, as it recognises that we all possess the power to be creative.
The workshop facilitator, Auriol Burgess, has practised these techniques since her twenties, finding them increasingly powerful as she has grown older and navigated various challenges.
The workshop may be especially meaningful for women experiencing menopause who feel they have lost their way or their creative spark.
Creativity can be particularly beneficial when facing health challenges and the process of growing older. Regardless of the circumstances, everyone is creative. Embracing this can offer a new and refreshing perspective on life’s challenges.
What to bring?
Please bring a notebook and a pen. All other materials will be provided.
Who is the trainer?

Auriol Burgess trained and worked as a professional actress before teaching drama for ten years.
She then completed a Level Four Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Professional Practitioner’s certificate in Angelic Reiki and The Voyage programme and training.
She has faced several challenges, including disability. Creativity has been a deeply healing force throughout her life.
To find out more about Auriol, read her British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) article ‘It changed my life’ here.
