Join us for a wonderful, chilled out and relaxing experience completely free.
This is an opportunity to unwind, experience your calm inner centre whilst meeting people. We can offer you a 2 hour taster session of holistic mindfulness to support you with your mental health and stress of everyday life.
Holistic well-being, is interactive, calming and a nurturing treat for you .
You will learn
- To stay aware of the present moment and stop your mind from ruminating.
- Acupressure points – for relieving tension & headaches
- Breathing techniques to instantly bring calm and balance
- Mindfulness Meditation recordings for home practice
- Mindful movement to stretch and move your body.
- Stimulate your senses with chocolate and aromatherapy meditations
This session is designed to give you an introduction to self -healing to help you improve your wellbeing, reduce stress and increase positivity in your life.
