JP’s Case Study: A Journey of Awakening

When ‘JP’ first came to me for physical therapy, she was a highly stressed professional woman seeking relief for her tense, overworked body. Yet, from the very first session, it was clear that her journey would involve much more than physical healing.

As she lay face down on the couch, surrendering to the therapeutic process, a profound presence filled the room. Her Guardian Angel appeared, radiating a luminous energy and with them stood the loving spirits of her Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and Uncle. Their unwavering love wrapped around her like a protective embrace, so powerful that it moved me to tears, tears she could not see. At that moment, I knew that our work together would reach far beyond muscles and fascia; it would touch the very core of her being.

JP carried the weight of a lifetime’s worth of stress, but beneath that, there were deeper layers, unresolved karmic patterns, emotional wounds infused into her energy field and higher chakras blocked by years of disconnection from her true self. Despite her outward success, a spiritual numbness lingered, preventing her from fully embracing her soul’s path.

What unfolded over the course of our sessions was nothing short of transformational, a journey not only of healing but of awakening.

During our treatments, completely guided by my Guardian Angel and JPs I felt a loving connection with the Christ’s consciousness. Her family in spirit rejoiced at the possibility of her awakening. However, when I asked her Guardian Angel if I could share this spiritual connection, the answer was clear: she was not ready. It was a time for nurturing, not revelation.

 Over the years, I supported JP with therapeutic massage and healing modalities designed to gently release old karmic patterns and invite acceptance and forgiveness into her life.

Each session became a sacred space where divine love flowed. My hands worked on her physical body, while my sacred heart held space for her spiritual and emotional release.

There were many profound moments the sound of chanting, singing holy men and women sometimes, Christian soldiers would enter the room during our sessions, their energy deeply reverent. I incorporated various healing modalities always instructed by my Guardian Angel.

• Crystal Grids: Using kyanite to align her chakras and clear quartz to uplift and purify her energy field, helping her reconnect with her divine essence.
• Galactic and Sacred Heart Healing: Connecting her with Christ Consciousness and divine feminine energies such as Quan Yin (the goddess of mercy and unconditional love), Hathor (the Egyptian goddess of joy and nurturing) and Bastet (who brings protection, empowerment and grounding).
• Karmic Release: Guided by Archangels Metatron and Zadkiel, Tibetan monks and ancient deities, JP began to let go of burdens she had carried for lifetimes. She learned to forgive herself and others, untangling the threads of pain embedded through her life.

One day, during a particularly powerful session, JP’s father appeared alongside her family in spirit. I sought guidance from my Guardian Angel and the answer was a resounding “yes,” it was time to share his messages of love and healing. Her father spoke of their life together and the struggles they endured after her mother’s passing.

With sincere gratitude, he thanked JP for stepping up to care for her younger brother and for creating moments of connection and joy, such as their walks with the family dog.

His words carried profound healing. He urged her to release the guilt she had carried for so long and to trust in the purity of her soul, as he and her entire family in spirit did.

Together, they encouraged her to embrace her divine calling as a lightworker, assuring her that her compassion and strength made her uniquely suited to guide others toward healing.

Overwhelmed yet deeply moved, JP gradually opened her heart to this path.

Through acceptance, forgiveness and a newfound connection to divine spirit, she overcame significant health challenges, including terminal illness and rediscovered her universal spiritual self.

Currently she dedicates her life to supporting others as a trustee for a holistic charity, embodying the compassionate loving-kindness that transformed her own life. JP’s journey is a testament to the power of divine love and the healing that comes from releasing karmic patterns, embracing forgiveness and opening one’s heart to spiritual awakening. It reminds us that healing is not merely physical, it is a profound reunion with our true selves, where unconditional love and compassion illuminate the path forward.

GB’s case study: A Journey of Profound Healing and Rebirth

When ‘GB’ first came to me for treatment, I had no idea which guides would come through. As always, I began by invoking my Guardian Angel, as described in previous chapters.

Her partner wheeled her into the room, wrapped tightly in a fleece, her body trembling despite the warmth of summer. The chill that gripped her was more than physical, it came from deep within, a coldness that no amount of heat could touch. It was as though years of pain, exhaustion and unspoken sorrow had settled into her very bones. Her skin was pale, her energy fragile and yet, in her eyes, there was a flicker of quiet determination.

With great care, I helped her onto the couch. She curled into herself, cocooned in the fleece, seeking warmth that no blanket alone could provide. As the session began, I placed my hands on her, calling upon the angels to send forth healing. In those moments, I became a channel for divine energy. GB would often shake as the energy intensified, her body responding to the unseen forces working through her.

Her treatments were a blend of different healing modalities, guided by the divine forces that came forward each time. They included:

• Crystal Grids – Aligning and amplifying her energy.
• Karma Release with Egyptian Goddesses- Connecting with Sekhmet (the warrior goddess and healer), Isis (symbol of maternal love and wisdom) Hathor and Bastet to access ancient wisdom and restore balance.

• Angelic Healing – Calling upon higher realms to infuse her with divine love and renewal.
• Massage and Aromatherapy – Releasing stored trauma and allowing energy to flow more freely.

This treatment was truly incredible, miraculous even, but it did not happen overnight. GB had a lot emotional and physical stuff to work through. The Crystal Kingdom picked up an immense energy and to my amazement, flew around the treatment room. My skin tingled with awe, excitement and deep appreciation for the trust and love that filled the space. I felt humbled to have this opportunity to work with the Masters, witnessing the raw power of divine intervention unfold before me.

During one session, I sought guidance on how much I could reveal to GB and the answer was clear: nothing. She was in the process of being reborn, destined to receive a new body and live a life of joy, creativity and love.

Each treatment was unique. We chanted together, as GB embraced the process, shifting her mindset from feeling unwell to affirming her strength and vitality:

“I am a strong, healthy woman. I am free. I love life.”

As her healing progressed, GB began to forgive herself and others, releasing the shadows of her past. One profound session marked her rebirth, her physical form vibrated intensely, shaking as her energy systems and chakras aligned. It was as if she became a snake, shedding her skin to reveal a vibrant new self. I watched in awe, my heart swelling with gratitude for the divine forces at work.

Today, GB meditates regularly, dances, chants and works within her community to spread joy and harmony. She has embraced her multi-dimensional nature, radiating love in all she does. Her transformation is a powerful reminder of the divine potential within each of us to heal and thrive.
