This eight-week workshop combines natural techniques and lifestyle changes that help reinforce the body’s natural ability to relax and sleep deeply. Suitable for all.
You will learn to sync with your body’s natural sleep rhythms by:
- Creating a peaceful, sleep-friendly environment
- Using aromatherapy, affirmations and nutrition to support restful sleep
- Calming your mind and body with breathwork, meditation and gentle movement
This course combines AO ™ frequency technology with natural sleep-enhancing practices to support the body’s innate rhythms and healing capacity.

Running on a Tuesday for 8 weeks from 25 March:
Week 1: Tuesday 25 March – Understanding sleep cycles and setting intentions
Week 2: Tuesday 1 April – Creating a sleep-inducing environment
Week 3: Tuesday 8 April – Nutrition, hydration and natural remedies for sleep
Week 4: Tuesday 15 April – Calming the mind with affirmations and aromatherapy
Week 5: Tuesday 22 April – Breathwork and movement for natural relaxation
Week 6: Tuesday 29 April – Integrating a natural sleep routine
Week 7: Tuesday 6 May – Techniques to train the mind to stop waking at a regular time
Week 8: Tuesday 13 May – Review all techniques and join in an open discussion to finish the course

Who is it for?
Sleep and renewal is for anyone who is tired of restless nights and wants to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face their day. Each session introduces practical, natural tools to create healthier sleep patterns and improve quality of life.
