Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To respond to enquiries
To carry out any treatments or enrol you on one of our workshops or courses
If applicable, to send you relevant information about our services. We will only contact you in this case when permission is given to do so.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

We will never share this information with any third party organisation unless it is necessary to carry out any treatments, and in this case we will gain your permission first.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

You can do this by contacting enquiries@3chh.org.uk, or in the case of any email marketing sent to you, you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time. You will only be sent e-marketing information if you opt-in for us to send this.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information for the period of which it is required to carry out any of our services, plus one year after work has ceased unless you contact us and specifically ask for it to be removed. Personal information is stored on a password protected computer and access is only by trustees of 3 Counties Holistic Healthcare who need the data for the purposes listed above.

Information such as name, email address and phone number that were provided when contacting us by email or through the contact form on the website will be kept in a password protected email account.

When information stored on a computer or in an email account is no longer required we will then dispose of it through deletion.
