Mindfulness is a very simple form of breath meditation little known in the West until recently.
Holistic mean to embrace the 4-body system physically mentally emotionally and spiritually allowing all senses to become alive in the moment.
A typical meditation consists of focusing your full attention on your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
Focusing on each breath in this way allows you to observe your thoughts as they arise in your mind and, let go of struggling with them.
Very soon you realise that thoughts come and go of their own accord; that you are not your thoughts. There just thought not facts.
When your become more mindful you bring your intention and action back into alignment rather than being constantly distracted by your auto pilot.
Being mindful allows you embrace life, you see feel everything with a refreshed curious mind, as you slowdown and observe life

You enjoy the food you prepare and eat, the company of others, walking outdoors, the way your body moves
Relationships becomes more meaningful with a deeper understanding of sexual intercourse.
You learn to stop wasting time pointlessly running through old habits of thinking it can be exhausting to the mind and let of goals that you have striving for too long.
You become fully alive and aware of what is good for you. The music you listen to the books you read the food you cook the people you choose to share your life with.
Daily mindful meditation will improve the quality of your life, you become more compassionate to self and others offering loving kindness.
You will notice subtle changes as you interact with self and others.
