Nourish & Empower the Mind & Body
Rita Davies, Holistic practitioner, and teacher since 1993.
Combines her skills as holistic practitioner of aromatherapy, acupressure massage, angelic reiki master teacher, trained mindfulness teacher .
The course is based on Mark Williams and Danny Penman Finding Peace in a Frantic World, with daily meditations.
For the first 3 weeks I teach you meditations for the feeling body.
For one hour 30 minutes, you will experience short meditations to stimulate the senses, recognise and greet mindfully.
The last 3 weeks I encourage you to be aware thoughts are not facts, to accept our mind creates stories that don’t exist.
With support of regular mediations and journaling, I encourage clients to face difficult experiences and greet them mindfully and compassionately.
You will be able to recognise and relieve discomfort with focused breath and acupressure points.
Daily mind training meditations allows you to feel space, peace and tranquillity in your mind to feel empowered .
I deliver the course in a relaxed friendly manner, enabling expression of laughter and fun.
Activities including mindfully enjoying a lovely piece of chocolate and mindful movement, encouraging the mind to recognise when it is in auto pilot, enabling habits to be recognised and released.
On completion of the 6 weeks, you will understand the mindful way of life. Recognise how easy it is to stay in the present moment and become aware of the freedom it gives our mind.
Holistic mindfulness is soothing and nourishing to mind body and spirit supporting self-healing, physically, mentally and emotionally.
The groups are small of 4-8 students for 1 hour 30 minutes.
3chh offers 3 holistic therapies aimed at relaxation through Touch therapy, breath work, aromatherapy, holistic massage, reiki, healing Indian head massage, cranial sacral therapy, foot zone therapy. Enabling your mind to just ‘be’
Look forward to meeting you
So glad I did the course, I did learn a lot about meditation and to how to deal with anxiety and stress.
I do believe in the holistic approach treating the whole person rather than just picking out one part of the body
I believe that regular meditation and focused breathing is much better to deal with anxiety than medication
Tablets may work for a while but its not good to rely on them for rest of my life.
My daily meditation routine
8 am 3minute breathing space
3 pm facing difficulty meditation
9 pm breathing space and body scan
I tried reflexology with Wendy it was enjoyable experience I Felt energized afterwards will have another soon
Although not good at meeting people the first time I soon learned that there are a lot of people with similar problems to mine some more difficult situation than myself.
Guided meditation is the best way to learn, and Rita is an excellent teacher I liked being in a small group and sharing similar experiences with other members.
I would recommend the course to everyone whose has anxiety.
