A small core team has established the basic infrastructure necessary for the successful operation of the charity. We have now reached the stage where a broader trustee base is required and, accordingly, we are looking for some experienced professionals to join the existing team as trustees and guide the charity through its next crucial stage of development.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people who are good communicators, get things done, and have some of the following skills and experience:
- GPs and GP surgery managers
- NHS policy making and management
- Fundraising
- Networking
- Setting strategic direction and overall policy
- Law and accountancy
- Change or business management
The intention of the trustees is to meet around six times a year but in these early stages of development some extra time may be required.
