Hello I’m Rita Davies, holistic practitioner, and teacher since 1993. I have designed a relaxed unique, holistic mindfulness program, supporting participating to recognise and treat the root-cause of their health issues.
Using self-healing breathing techniques and to understand safe precautions when using essential oils to create an signature aromatherapy blend.
This workshop is delivered over 8 weeks, weekly attendance required.

During the 8 weeks participants will learn how to store and handle essential oils safely. Also a basic understanding of essential oils synergy and health benefits. Each essential oil has its own healing property, participants will be surprised of the effect essential oils can have on feelings uplifting or sedating. Combined with self-help techniques on how to recognise and deal with the negative effects of prolonged stress.
By the end participants will able to
(1) Practice short meditations to deal with negative thoughtslearn a sequence of acupressure massage.
(2) Know correct handling and contra-indications of essential oils.
(3) Enjoy smelling variety of essential oils and carrier oils to make a signatory aromatherapy blend .
This course allow participants to practically treat their stress knowing they have reliable techniques to relieve some of their symptoms.
